Consent to the processing of personal data

Version of 2026-10-07. This is a translation; if it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

By ticking the corresponding box when signing in to the Evertech Sandbox Service (the in-game build gallery and the portal publish.evertechsandbox.com), I freely and in my own interest consent to Individual Entrepreneur Vitalii Andreevich Sumin (INN 701771626908, OGRNIP 318703100073617, Tomsk, Russia, e-mail vitaly.sumin+sandbox@gmail.com; the "Operator") processing my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes

• creating and running my account, signing in in the game and on the portal;
• receiving, moderating and storing what I publish (builds, screenshots, descriptions, tags, comments, likes), handling reports;
• notifications about my account (comments, likes, moderation decisions);
• keeping the Service safe: protection against abuse, spam and fake activity, compliance with the law.

2. Data

• my account id at the sign-in service (VK ID, Google, Google Play Games, Apple), name or display name, e-mail address and avatar link — as far as that service passes them on;
• the nickname I set myself;
• the game installation's technical id, IP address, browser details, date and time of sign-ins;
• my publications, comments, likes, reports and notification settings.

3. Actions

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, automated and manual. The data is stored in databases on servers in the Russian Federation. It is disclosed to third parties only where the law requires it. Showing my nickname and publications to other players (distribution) is covered by a separate consent.

4. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until I delete my account or withdraw it. I can withdraw it by deleting my account in the game or on the portal, or by writing to vitaly.sumin+sandbox@gmail.com. The Operator then stops processing and destroys the data within the period set by law (no more than 30 days), unless the law requires keeping it.
