Consent to the distribution of personal data

By ticking the corresponding box in the game Evertech Sandbox or on the portal publish.evertechsandbox.com, I, the holder of a Service account, consent under Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" to Individual Entrepreneur Vitalii Andreevich Sumin (INN 701771626908, OGRNIP 318703100073617, Tomsk, Russia, e-mail vitaly.sumin+sandbox@gmail.com; the "Operator") distributing my personal data, that is, showing it to anyone — other players and portal visitors.

1. Purpose

Showing who made my publications and what I do in the gallery: who published a build, wrote a comment, gave a like; which players are on the portal right now.

2. What is shown

• my nickname, or, if I haven't set one, the display name from my sign-in service profile;
• my publications (builds, screenshots, titles, descriptions, tags), comments and likes;
• an "online now" mark next to my name while I am using the portal publish.evertechsandbox.com, and for a few minutes after;
• the date I joined the Service and counters (number of builds, likes, leaderboard place).

My e-mail address, ids, IP address and other data are not shown.

3. Where

In the gallery inside the game Evertech Sandbox and on the portal publish.evertechsandbox.com.

4. Conditions

People who see the data may not copy or further process it beyond viewing it in the Service. A publication can be made anonymous — then no nickname is shown with it.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until I delete my account or withdraw it. I can withdraw it by deleting my account in the game or on the portal, or by writing to vitaly.sumin+sandbox@gmail.com; the data stops being shown within three business days of the request.
