Terms of Use

Version of 2026-10-07. This is a translation; if it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Vitalii Andreevich Sumin (INN 701771626908, OGRNIP 318703100073617, "we") on using the online services of the game Evertech Sandbox: the in-game build gallery, the portal publish.evertechsandbox.com, the mod and map catalogs (the "Service"). By signing in to a Service account you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't sign in — you can still browse and download builds without an account.

1. Account

1.1. An account is created when you sign in with VK ID, Google, Google Play Games or Apple. We receive from that service only what the Privacy Policy describes.

1.2. Accounts are for players aged 14 and older. Younger players can browse and download builds without an account. If we learn that someone under 14 has an account, we delete it.

1.3. You are responsible for what is done from your account. Don't share access to it.

1.4. You can delete your account at any time: in the game (Gallery → My → Delete account) or on the portal (Settings → Delete account). Your builds, screenshots, comments and likes are deleted with it.

2. What you may publish

2.1. You publish builds (saves, screenshots, titles, descriptions, tags), comments, likes, mods and maps ("Content"). Content must be yours or used with the rights holder's permission.

2.2. You must not publish:

• anything illegal under the laws of the Russian Federation or of the country you are in;
• Nazi or other extremist symbols, calls for extremism, terrorism or violence;
• pornography or sexual content, gore or shock content, promotion of drugs, suicide or self-harm;
• material that may not be distributed to children;
• insults, bullying, threats, hate speech of any kind;
• other people's personal data (names, phone numbers, addresses, photos) without their consent;
• spam, advertising, scams, links to malicious sites;
• mods with scripts that harm players, their devices or data;
• other people's works without the rights holder's permission.

3. Moderation

3.1. Builds are reviewed by a moderator before they go public. Comments and chat messages may be checked automatically, including with AI.

3.2. We may reject or remove Content that breaks these Terms and restrict or block accounts. When we reject a submission or restrict an account, we tell you why.

3.3. You can report a build, a comment or a player in the game (the "•••" menu) and on the portal. A player you block is no longer shown to you in the gallery.

4. Rights to Content

4.1. You keep the rights to your Content.

4.2. By publishing Content you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, show and distribute it in the Service and the game, and to show it in materials about the game (videos, store and social media screenshots) credited with your nickname. The license lasts while the Content is published; deleting the Content or the account ends it, except for materials made before the deletion.

4.3. Other players may download and play your builds. Re-publishing someone else's build as your own is not allowed.

5. Mods and maps

Mods and maps are made by players. We review them but can't guarantee they always work correctly. You install them at your own risk.

6. Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but don't guarantee it and aren't liable for downtime, builds lost to device failures, or other players' Content.

6.2. You are responsible for your Content and for following these Terms.

7. Changes

We may change these Terms. We'll announce material changes in the game or on the portal and ask you to accept the new version; until then, actions that need consent won't be available.
